SgCarImport is a Singapore-based car import consultancy helping buyers navigate the entire vehicle import process — from selecting a suitable car overseas and understanding the costs involved, to shipping, compliance and registration in Singapore. We provide practical guidance, transparent cost estimates and clear explanations to help buyers make informed decisions with realistic expectations.
Who we are
Importing a car into Singapore involves more than finding a good price overseas. Between vehicle eligibility, OMV assessments, taxes, shipping, customs clearance, inspections, and registration, there are many stages where first-time importers can lose money or time.
We started SgCarImport to close that knowledge gap. Our team has guided buyers through imports of new, used, damaged, and classic vehicles, and we share that experience through one-to-one consultancy, our free online calculators, and our library of import guides.
We currently support vehicle sourcing from Japan and the United Kingdom, and our guidance covers the complete import process into Singapore.
